1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of OneMemo, provided by ETERNAL SMART TECHNOLOGY LTD. By using OneMemo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your Content and Device
You are responsible for content you import, create, share, or delete and for securing your device, passcodes, and recovery key.
3. Irreversible Deletion
Deleting a vault item removes it from OneMemo. If enabled, five consecutive incorrect Encrypted Space passcodes permanently remove encrypted content and cryptographic access material. Loss of both the Encrypted Space passcode and recovery key prevents recovery of encrypted content.
4. Purchases and Free Trials
Where offered, OneMemo may offer a 5-day free trial, monthly subscription at HKD 100, annual subscription at HKD 400, and a lifetime purchase at HKD 1,000. Final localized prices, renewal terms, and cancellation are presented by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
5. Disclaimer
OneMemo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, prevention of all data loss, or protection against every possible security threat.
6. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
