How OneMemo handles information and protects selected content.

Effective date: September 8, 2026

1. Overview

OneMemo is provided by ETERNAL SMART TECHNOLOGY LTD. It organizes user-selected notes, photos, videos, and documents on the user’s device.

2. Data Collection

OneMemo does not provide user accounts, upload vault content to our servers, or use advertising or analytics SDKs in the current release. Selected content is stored locally in the app sandbox.

3. Permissions

Face ID is used only to authenticate access. Photo library access is requested only when importing or restoring photos and videos. Documents are chosen through the system file picker. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

4. Security

Selected vault content is encrypted locally using AES-GCM and protected with iOS data protection and Keychain services. Encrypted Space requires Face ID and a dedicated passcode. No security system guarantees protection against every possible compromise.

5. Retention, Deletion, and Recovery

You can delete vault items in the app. Encrypted Space may be configured to erase encrypted files, the encryption key, passcode verifier, and recovery information after five consecutive incorrect passcode attempts. This option is off by default and cannot be undone. Without the recovery key created during setup, lost Encrypted Space passcodes cannot restore encrypted content.

6. Sharing and Payments

Content is shared only when you explicitly use a system sharing action such as AirDrop. If purchases are offered, Apple processes payments and we do not receive payment card details.
