Shipping, warranty, and returns explained
Orders in Taiwan normally ship within 1–3 business days. Major promotions may add 1–2 days; updates will be posted on product pages and sent by email.
After dispatch, the tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive it, contact us with your name and order number.
Selected products include a one-year limited manufacturer warranty. Accidental damage, water damage, and misuse are not covered.
MagSafe-compatible models are identified in the product name or specifications. Check your iPhone model before purchasing.
You may request a return within 7 days if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customized and personal-hygiene products are excluded.
Free Taiwan shipping on orders over NT$1,000; otherwise shipping is NT$60.
Yes. Select a two-part or three-part invoice at checkout; the electronic invoice will be emailed to you.
